IF your creative juices are running and you are looking for fairly simple craft idea, then I have found a simple tutorial you might like.

These clever little stamps are made by carving an eraser.

Head over to Ishtar olivera  for the full tutorial.

I am hoping to give it a go, if I can lay my hands on a lino tool.

  1. This sounds like a very fun thing to do. Last night I cut a potato in half and it looked like a flower...I was thinking it would make a lovely stamp! ;-)

  5. Hi Deb,

I can't believe the resurgence of this art.
I used to do this when I was a teen,*ahem only a few years ago*.

I stamp like crazy in this house too. So I gather I am amongst wonderful company :)

    Have a wonderful day,

  6. I love the idea of just using an eraser instead iof lino. I have lots of crazy lino-cutting ideas but remember cutting my hands loads at school from trying to gouge it out. Thank you so much for sharing this fab idea!
