home tour part one

This week I am going to feature a gorgeous home I found whilst cruising around on the net.
You know when you are really tired. Too tired to concentrate on TV, too tired to go to bed. Too tired to do the ironing, but not too tired to flick through pretty house pictures. that was me on the weekend. Flicking around, I came across this beauty.

This beautiful home is in Ballarat, Victoria, not really too far from my neck of the woods.

Lets start in the garden.

Ballarat is full of old homes and the climate is very kind to roses.

I would love to sit here and have a quiet cuppa.

Now entry is one of my all time favourites.
so light and bright.
So happy and welcoming.

Do you like it?
want to see more?
Pop back and I will show some more this week.

  2. I would love to have a large foyer like this...a place to sit and take off your shoes...greet guests {pull the dogs off them}, see the sunlight stream through the windows! The garden is very pretty, too!

  6. I think I've found my new favourite home - I love it!! Beautifully decorated and styled with such character. I love the colours used throughout the home and those stained glass windows are beautiful... I need to look at those pictures again and soak in all that loveliness...
