Beach shacks

Not my idea of luxury camping.

These shacks are hired out by fishing people.
Not my thing I am afraid.
(Says she who is happy to live under canvas for 3 months).

Mind you, the fishing was pretty good.

And the rugged coastline and blowholes were amazing.

  1. Those fishing shacks are an Australian institution aren't they! I bet many a tall tale has been stretched within those walls.
"It was this big...no really, it was." Love to know where you found these beauties.

  2. We found these at Point Quobba off the coast of WA of course sort of between Carnarvon and Coral Bay. On Quobba station there was an gorgeaus beach called Red Bluff with camping and glamping, you know those safari style tents.
