Dixie cup garland


There really are some very clever people around.
I found this pretty picture the other day in blogland and followed the link to a gorgeous tutorial.


It gives you all the directions to make a pretty dixie cup garland.
Perfect for spring entertaining or warm up the colours for Autumn parties.
