On the way we passed the undie tree.
Not sure what the undie tree was all about, but it was fun.
First night camping for the trip.
And guess what? During the night, it rained!
First proper glimpse.
It really is rather magnificent.
Dressed in our warmest gear, you would have thought we were at the snow!

At the moment I am blogging in the car just out of Tennent creek. It is 28 degrees, not rain or clouds. Yay!

We found "the cell" very interesting and we are currently researching what the "undie tree" is all about- we are quite curious! 3rd time lucky? 28 degrees sounds great, now you can feel sorry for us! photos are great, especially the collage around the Rock. Glad you had something to occupy yourselves while travelling. ReplyDeleteWell Ayers Rock looks pretty much the same from the 31 years since I last saw it! You could climb it then, but I preferred the Olgas! Bet you wish you were helping with a house move instead of your own moving house, but glad it's all looking like fun (even the bad bits!) Love from the UK NX
