Desk Dreaming.

We have been planning a desk for the family room for a while now.  As always I turn to the magazines and net for ideas. We are limited for space as one day I hope to get a bigger dining table.

Here are some of the lovelies I came across.

Image 1.House and Garden (Australia) 2.Brian Vanden Brink 3.Anthony DiGregario Architects 4. This Old House 5 .Unknown. If anyone does know, please let me know so I can credit the person.

After much hunting we decided on this one. The man in the shop forgot to tell us it came flat packed and WE WOULD SPEND HOURS ASSEMBLING IT OURSELVES!

"Yeah right, part 600059A fits into part 100097B"

At this point we were seriously thinking we were building Apollo 13!

Master B was even allowed a turn with the big boy drill.

The finished product! For now. A few cabling issues, some desk accessories needed and perhaps a new chair! Yes definitely a new chair.

  1. Loving the desk - self assembly is the pits! I always go wrong somewhere!

  3. I think the Man in the Shop would be on my Death List by now. You made an excellent fist of it though, it looks grand!
